What data do we collect?

The only pieces personal data we collect and store on our secure database are email addresses which are provided either when you register for an account or when you join the mailing list.

We now use Stripe to handle our payments. When purchasing a product, you will be asked for your credit or debit card details and for a ZIP code/postcode. We do not store any of this data – it is passed straight to Stripe for processing. See the Stripe website for details.

How do we use the data?

When you’ve registered for an account, we will use your email address to verify your account to make sure you are who you say you are. If you later need to change or reset your password, we will again send you an email to check you are the owner of the account. If you join our mailing list, we will send you emails with updates and news about our products.

How is the data shared?

We do not share any of the data we collect with any persons, companies or other entities outside our company.

What is our lawful basis for processing personal data?

We only collect personal data from our users with their clear consent. Any user that does not consent to our data policy should not register for an account. By registering, we automatically assume you have read and agree to this data policy.

If you decide you no longer agree with our data policy and wish to have your personal data permanently deleted, you should send an email to support@gramotech.co.uk.

Children under the age of 13 must have a legal guardian read this data policy and provide consent on their behalf.

GDPR

This data policy was written to outline our compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To the best of our knowledge, our data policy is accurate, up to date, and in compliance with the GDPR.
